Quality and operations teams were handling corrective-action intake through scattered forms, email threads, and manual follow-ups. I designed a Google Workspace agent workflow that used Apps Script, Drive metadata, and retrieval-backed prompts to classify issues, route ownership, and draft standardized CAPA records. The system reduced coordination friction and gave managers a clearer audit trail for governance reviews.
